Cancel Scheduled Service

Scheduled services can be cancelled by contacting Waster by 3pm Sydney time the day prior.

There is no fee for services cancelled in advance.

Any services not cancelled in advance will be charged a futile fee if the bin is not presented - or a full service fee if the bin is emptied as scheduled.

Futile fees are charged at 50% normal collection fee for general waste. Futile fees are charged at normal collection rate for other services. Futile fees can be avoided by contacting us by midday on the business day prior to scheduled service to cancel.
