How the Discount Works

  • Customers who set up Direct Debit from a nominated bank account receive a 1.5% discount on their monthly bill.

  • The payment is processed automatically on the 8th business day of the following month (for services delivered in the prior month).

  • The discount is applied directly to your invoice, so the amount debited already reflects your savings.

Example

  • Services completed in May → invoice issued around the 8th business day of June.

  • If your May services totalled $1,000 (including GST), your invoice with Direct Debit would show a 1.5% discount = you pay $985.
