Melbourne: $0.30 per litre (min $300)
Brisbane / Gold Coast: $0.33 per litre (min $330)
Newcastle / Central Coast: $0.33 per litre (min $330)
Perth: $0.28 per litre (min $280)
Adelaide: $0.26 per litre (min $260)
Canberra: $0.40 per litre (min $400)
Geelong: $0.35 per litre (min $350)
Tasmania: $0.35 per litre (min $350)
Darwin: $0.48 per litre (min $480)
Sydney note: if your trap is more than 15m from truck parking, or requires two service personnel (e.g. underground carpark or internal kitchen), pricing is $0.34+GST per litre. Note - this surcharge is for Sydney specifically.
Melbourne note: grease trap services in Melbourne are quoted for a minimum of 4 quarterly services or 12 months, whichever occurs earlier. The rate shown is per individual service.
What's included
Each service includes a scheduled pump-out by licensed technicians, full disposal of waste and clean-up of the surrounding area.
How pricing works
Your total service cost is your trap size in litres multiplied by the rate for your city. For example, a 2,000 litre trap in Sydney would be 2,000 times $0.28 = $560+GST per service.
Pricing assumes the grease trap is accessible by tanker within 15 metres of the pump-out point and requires one service person. More complex access will require a separate quote.
Scheduling
Your cleaning frequency is set by your local water authority — Waster cannot set this schedule. In Sydney, our team scans your Sydney Water barcode after each service. In other areas, retain your Waster invoice as proof of service for your water authority records.
