How to Cancel/Rebook a Service Schedule

If you need to cancel or rebook a scheduled service, you can do so directly through the Waster App. Follow these steps to manage your service.

βœ… Step-by-Step Process

  1. Go to Dashboard – Log into your Waster App account.

  2. Select Services – On the sidebar, click Services, located directly under the Dashboard section.

  3. View your services – You will see a list of your active services.

  4. Select an option – To cancel or rebook a service, click either Report Missed Service or Request Extra Pickup.

  5. Choose Cancel A Service – A Waster Form will appear with three options:

    • Request Extra Service

    • Cancel A Service

    • Report Missed Service
      Select Cancel A Service.

  6. Click Submit – Once you submit your request, you’ll receive an email confirmation when the booking is processed.


❌ Common Misunderstandings

  • β€œI can cancel on the same day.” – Cancellations or rebookings must be done in advance.

  • β€œI don’t need confirmation.” – Always wait for the confirmation email to ensure the request is completed.

  • β€œBins will automatically be rescheduled.” – You must submit a cancellation or rebooking request.
