How to Report a Missed Service
If your bin was not collected as scheduled, you can quickly report it through the Waster App. This allows us to investigate and arrange a catch-up if required.

Go to Dashboard β Log into your Waster App account.

Select Services β On the sidebar, click Services, located directly under the Dashboard section.

View your services β Youβll see a list of your active services.

Click Report Missed Service β Choose the service you want to report.

Select Report Missed Service β A Waster Form will pop up with three options:

Request Extra Service

Cancel A Service

Report Missed Service
Select Report Missed Service again.

Fill out the form β Provide details about the missed pickup (e.g. bin type, date, and any access notes).

Click Submit β Once submitted, your request will be logged and Waster will follow up.
