Managing Invoices & Payments in the App

The Waster App gives you quick access to your account balance and billing tools. While only the current balance is visible in the app, you’ll be redirected to the Simplypaid portal to view billing statements, payment history, and to complete payments.

✅ Viewing Your Balance

  • Log in to the Waster App via waster.app/dashboard.

  • Go to the Billing section.

  • Your current balance will be displayed here.

(Note: Only the balance is shown in the app — not full invoices or history.)

✅ Making a Payment

  • When you need to make a payment, you’ll be directed to Simplypaid.

  • On Simplypaid, you can:

    • View your billing statement.

    • Check your payment history.

    • Make a secure payment.
