All Waster services are billed one month in arrears.
For example: services completed in May → invoice issued around the 8th business day of June.

1. Direct Debit – Bank Account 🏦

2. Credit Card 💳 (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Debited automatically on the 8th business day of the following month

  • No surcharge

3. Invoice – 14-Day Terms 📩

  • Invoice issued via email on the 8th business day of the following month

  • Payment due 14 days after month end (e.g. May invoice issued early June → payment due 14 June)

  • No surcharge

4. BPAY ®

  • Pay directly from your savings account via internet or phone banking

  • Use the BPAY reference details provided on your invoice

  • No surcharge

Invoice Delivery

  • All invoices are delivered electronically via email

  • Customers on Direct Debit (bank account or credit card) will receive a tax invoice receipt once payment has been processed
