Payment Terms and Conditions Explained

How Waster’s direct debit discount and 14-day invoice terms work

One of the most common questions we get is: β€œHow does Waster set up its payment terms β€” is there a discount, a timeframe, and how are invoices issued?” This guide breaks it all down clearly.

Payment Options (Clause 10)

Waster offers two flexible payment methods:

  • Automatic Direct Debit: Payment is taken from your nominated account with a 1.5% discount. Funds are debited on the 8th business day of the following month.

  • Invoice Payment: You receive an invoice via email around the 5th business day of the following month, and payment is due 14 days from the end of that month.
πŸ‘‰ For example, a September invoice will be issued early October and is due by 14 October.
