How billing works for one-off waste and recycling services
Unlike recurring waste and recycling collections, one-off services are not billed monthly in arrears. These services must be paid in advance before they are delivered.
Which Services Require Prepayment?
Prepayment applies to all non-recurring, one-off services, including:

How to Pay

Online via credit card or debit card – payment is taken securely at the time of ordering.

Invoice option – we can issue an invoice that you can pay online, but payment must still be made before service is delivered.
No service will be scheduled until prepayment is received.
