Updating Account & Billing Details in the App

The Waster App makes it easy to update your account information and keep billing details current. For billing updates, you’ll use Simplypaid, where you can securely manage payment methods, view statements, and check history.

✅ What You Can Update in the Waster App

  • Business contact information – update the main contact person, phone number, and email.

  • Site address – confirm or update your service address (important for collections).

  • Billing contact – assign or change who receives billing notifications.

  • Notification preferences – manage who gets service alerts and updates.

  • Access the Billing section in the Waster App.

  • From there, you’ll be directed to Simplypaid.

  • On Simplypaid, you can:

    • View and download billing statements.

    • Check payment history.

    • Update billing details such as payment cards or bank info.

❌ What Cannot Be Changed in the App

  • Company name changes – must be requested through Waster support with documentation.

  • Contract or service type changes – adjustments may need review by our team.

  • Historical invoices – past records cannot be changed; updates apply only to future billing.
