In theΒ [online shop](https://waster.com.au/waste-recycling-shop/)Β - Waster quotes prices per collection excluding GST. The price quoted - is the price each time a bin is collected - or swapped over in the case of confidential paper bins or sanitary bins. We do not charge bin rentals, site fees or other fees - as long as the bin is collected once a month or more frequently. **Delivery or set up fee:** There is no delivery of set up fee. Waster provides the bin and performs the collections. You do not need to provide your own bin. **Cancellation or bin removal fee:** **Cancellation of β€œservice”**. β€œthe Customer” or β€œUs” may cancel the agreement at anytime by giving 30 days written notice to the relevant party. β€œThe Customer” must pay β€œUs” all monies (including GST) including the β€œservice” in the notice period. Bins will have a final empty prior to removal to ensure empty on removal. Waster charges a removal fee of $199+GST for any services cancelled within the first three months of service (to cover transport costs) - i.e. three months from bin delivery. If cancellation is due to poor service or service unreliability by Waster - no removal fee is applied. No removal fee applies when cancellation notification is provided after three months from bin delivery. All invoices (including final month invoice) must be settled in full prior to bin removal.
