When Are Invoices Issued?

Understanding Waster’s monthly billing cycle for waste and recycling services

At Waster, we keep billing clear and consistent. All services are billed one month in arrears, meaning you are invoiced after services have been completed.

Invoice Timing

  • Invoices are issued monthly, around the 5th–8th business day of the following month.

  • Example: Services delivered in May → invoice issued in early June.

  • This ensures all completed services for the prior month are captured on one clear bill.

Payment Due Dates

  • Direct Debit (Bank Account or Credit Card): Payment is automatically processed on the 8th business day of the following month.

  • Invoice (14-Day Terms): Payment is due 14 days after month end.

    • Example: May services → invoice issued early June → payment due 14 June.

  • BPAY: Payment must be made using the reference details provided on your invoice by the relevant due date.

Invoice Delivery

  • All invoices are delivered electronically via email.

  • Customers on Direct Debit will receive a tax invoice receipt once payment has been processed.
